<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p>The team is led by Mr. Sadanand Kumar a young talented and passionate architect with a strong appetite for challenging the unexplored and breaking new ground.</p>\r\n<p>He completed her Bachelor degree in Architecture in the year 2014 from the Birla Institute of Technology Mesra Ranchi India. Then he worked in Mumbai since 2014 to 2017.</p>\r\n<p>The team comprises of 3 young Architect. It also has an exclusive presentation (rendering) team whose drawings help the clients to experience their spaces even before they can be constructed.</p>\r\n<p>The core strength of the team has been its thorough knowledge on statutory regulations and all kinds of government approvals. It also providing approval plan/ Drawings and on-site guidance till the completion of the project.</p>\r\n<p>While designing maximum utilization of carpet area is ensured keeping the circulation area to a minimum. A main criteria when designing residential flats has been to maximize the carpet area and minimize the common area thus benefitting both the builders and its users.</p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p>Other key areas of focus have been :</p>\r\n<p>(1) Ensuring 100% natural ventilation whatever the size shape or location of the building site;</p>\r\n<p>(2) Full vasthu-complaint designs; and</p>\r\n<p>(3) Cost-effective solutions with respect to structural Electrical and Plumbing designs.</p>
