The company’s land area around 0.5 acres and total production floor around 2000sq.ft modern housing state-of-art equipment’s especially for fresh / chilled product packing. The Potable water treatment facility commissioned with Inclined Plate Clarifier Multi-grade filter Activated carbon filter Water Softener & U-V treatment. <br /><br />The plant is well equipped with power transformers 500 KVA generators with automatic on & off system during power failure. The well systematic protected storage facilities of General items 24 hour’s on-line automatic computerized temperature monitoring device for cold store and chill rooms. All stainless steel immovable working places all molded plastic movable items such as crates nets basin mug and buckets etc.<br /><br />The Plant is well equipped with the support system for proper care and management of the working group inside the facility. These include first-aid facility separate workers’ rest rooms and total security facility other administration –related facilities include fire-fighting system Fax internet/Emailing intercom facility etc. <br /><br />There is a fully operational Total Quality Management System monitored by well Qualified and experienced plant manager in position round the clock in the plant premises to ensure proper quality conformity starting from raw material receiving to final shipment. <br /><br />The factory houses fully equipped hands –on laboratory facility. To make the system foolproof with regard to production and quality assurance the plant religiously follows HACCP Principles.<br /><br />The plant is equipped with duly qualified quality control personnel who look into the various quality control aspects both on- and off-line. A Quality Management System conforming to ISO 9001:2008 as outlined in this manual has been developed and implemented to ensure that all customer requirements are satisfied.<br />We do trading for all frozen sea food products from India. <br />
