The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has released the guidelines for the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) to be held on 8 May. This time because of corona infection, this test will not be done in the test center but in remote proctored mode. Under this, candidates can take the exam from their homes or from their laptops or desktops as per their convenience.

Students will be Invisible

In the examination to be conducted in remote proctored mode, even though the candidates will take the exam from home, they will still be invisible. To facilitate the candidates, ICSI has also released web links to the technical sessions conducted for the previous CSEET. This makes it easier for the candidates to understand the difference between Remote Proctored Mode Test and Conventional Test.

These guidelines have to be followed

Candidates are not allowed to have calculator, pen, paper during the examination.Microphones can be used instead of earphones, headphones.As long as the candidates are not logged into the system, they can contact ICSI through a mobile phone.After login, mobile access is completely restricted.Webcam and microphone are mandatory during the exam.Candidates can use mobile for hotspots.During the test, the student must have the admit card in printed form.Along with this, it is also mandatory to have original photo identity proof.

Exam pattern

The candidates will be given a period of two hours for the company secretary executive entrance test. 140 questions will be asked for a total of 200 marks in the exam. These questions will be asked from Business Communication, Legal Aptitude and Logical Aptitude, Economic and Business Environment, Current Affairs and Presentation and Communication Skills.
